Self management to me is showing you can manage your time and tasks. Showing resilience and motivation is a big part of being self managed and are some self management strategies. For example if I have training after school and I have got an assessment due the next day, I will go to training and then straight home from there and do my assessment instead of going out to play with my friends. Time management is key.
